He appealed to the United Nations to move its resolutions from paper documents into practical action.
In his address, Rana Qasim Noon said that the violation of human rights in occupied Kashmir has now become a global issue. Describing the implementation of the United Nations Security Council resolutions as essential, he said that the people of Kashmir must be granted the right to self-determination.
